    Refunds may be considered if the project has not yet entered the design or development phase.

  • Custom Development:
    Once work has commenced (design, coding, or integration), refunds are generally not available due to the nature of custom app development.

  • Prepaid Plans/Packages:
    If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and no work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed projects or delivered applications.

  • Delays caused by clientโ€™s lack of communication, incomplete requirements, or missed deadlines.

  • Change of mind after significant work has already begun.


3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The client cancels the project mid-way and work has already started.

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of work completed.
